"The appartment is very centrally situated almost next to the Eifel tower, close to the pier and Seine river, and 30-40 min walk from many of the great attractions and surrounded by restaurants and many Taxis and Ubers arround. the flat is cosy, clean, private and warm, perfect for a couple. stairs lead to the appartment from the coutyards, so not suitable for walking impaired or challanged. The flat is safe and the entrance to the building is access controlled by double doors. It was easy to enter, retrieve the keys and found the flat.. there is a light once in the courtyard wich is advised to switch on for the stairs. The flat is cosy with a lounge and kitchen area, separate toilet, separate bedroom with good space and a separate shower, with warm water. Very clean and all we needed in the kitchen."

"The bed could be better with firmer pillows, but was okay for the few nights we were there. Next to the flat is a cafe/restaurant which I would NOT recommend as very expensive.. you can get more food for less by crossing the street and walking pass the Eifel tower to the other side of the street where the Ribe Restaurant is cheaper, and more value for money.. Ribe does not open early but 2 doors down from Ribe is a Restaurant that opens early with similar lower prices. To the Right of the flat when you exit, on the corner is a groceries shop, and we found it cheaper to buy water and snacks from there."

"Standard size of studio, very clean, full size of kitchen, it has coffee machine, sofa bed, hair dryer and even a washing machine! I love the idea of separating toilet from the bathroom! And most importantly, this studio is just 2 minutes walking to Eiffel Tower!"
